Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on Process
2.Click on Functional/Failure analysis
3.Click on Table view
4.Create new Characteristics -> Double click on PC ID and Enter one data
5.Without enter any data in Description
6.Click on Enter Key
7.Refresh the page -> check for the characteristics
8.observe the Result

Description

In table when try to create the characteristics by only entering the PC ID and click on Enter key it will not get created where in Tree view we can able to create the characteristics only by Entering PC ID.Please verify the attachment.
