1.Click on Failure analysis 2.Click on Table view 3.Double click on failure mode column field 4.without selecting double click on requirement column field 5.without selecting any value double click on function mode column field

In Table view,when double click the Failure mode column field then without selecting double click on another one column both will be display in select after refresh it will work properly
