Steps To Reproduce:

Search functionality is not working
1. Login as Scheduler
2. Click the month view in menu
3. Enter the From date:03/21/2019, To date:03/21/2019
4. Click search button
5. Observe the result

Search pop up is displayed in Incorrect location.
1. Login as Scheduler
2. Click the month view in menu
3. Click the search button near publish for approval button
4. Click the refresh button
5. See the action.
