Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Go to perform audit page and perform an audit
3. Submit the audit report
4. Go to actions
5. Click on perform audit actions link
6. Observe the result

Description

LPA : Actions > Perform Audit Actions / Corrective action action> Terminate button / Request details are not getting displayed while clicking on action name hyperlink.

Expected: Request Details should be displayed with Terminate button. Now the system displaying the Perform audit - audit details page with editable mode.
