Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditee
2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Click on auditee hyperlink
4. Select CAR approach as "PRR Form" for a finding
5. Enter the data on Date Effective field
6. Observe the result

Description

1. Auditee Response -> PRR Form -> Problem on saving data on "Date Effective field" . The system allowing to save the data and the data is not displayed.

2. Verification date is not displayed
