Website & Existing DB: Main2, In Picture Header its not allowing to add a new image in the Edit Image window

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Click on Header -> Insert a Picture Header
10.Double-Click on the Picture Header -> Select "The image is located in DocPro" field
11.Click on Browse in the "Add a new image document" field
12.Try to upload a new image from the Local Machine
13.Observe the Result

Description

Main2, In Picture Header by clicking on Browser in the new image upload field and clicking on Browse Button its displaying Script Error Message and the added a image is not uploaded successfully

This issue is not fixed when upload image JS Error is displaying on the screen
