Problem on sending request email from PS

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditee
2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Select the respective audits and then select the Car approach for NC or OFI
4. Select the approval route and then fill the form
5. Click on submit button

Description

The system is generating couple of request email from PS along with audit pro - corrective action response request email

Expected : the system should not trigger request email from PS
