In Cascade DB - In Retained Documents page - It not showing exact File type of that document

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. navigate to Docpro module
3. Click on New Document request
4. Add a Document
5. Give full Access to that added document
6. Click on Documents
7. Right Click on Full Access Document
8. Click on Change Request
9. Click on Deletion Checkbox
10. Click on Continue
11. Click on Documents management
12. Right Click on level
13. Click on Archive management
14. Click on Retained Documents tab
15. Observe the result

this is a data specific issue as the document was deleted in older version please close
