1)Login as Project Manager
2)Select the project from listing
3)Request for Change
4)Provide all the details
5)Submit the ECR form
6)Now open the approved ECR form

Description
Regression: When clicking on Approved ECR form it shows document not published – Issue still exist and for completed project change request
form is not able to view in the charter for the http://192.168.100.50:8080//Common/EwIMSNew/homepage/Index - (Blank ) and for some initiated change request it shows as document is not published.
http://192.168.100.50/EwQIMS_Inst1 - EwQIMS John DB and cascade DB– Change initiated form is published and able to view in the project charter also
