Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditee
2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Select the respective audits and then select the Car approach for NC or OFI
4. Select the approval route as "Module auto approval" and then fill the form
5. Click on submit button
6. Observe the result
