Corrective Actions : Problem on viewing added team members for a team

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditee
2. Click on corrective actions link from menu
3. Select the respective audits and then select the Car approach for NC or OFI
4. Select the approval route and then click on submit button
5. Select the team name
6. Click on empty row then select new
7. Enter the name and email
8. Click on save
9. Observe the result

Description

The auditee could add new team member for a team . But empty row is displayed between existing team member and newly added team member.
