Steps To Reproduce:

1. Let there be a user (u1) in site Cascade-MI.
2. Log in as Module admin for both sites(Cascade Engineering Europe and Cascade-MI.
3.Let there be folder 'Procedure' in both Cascade Engineering Europe and Cascade-MI.
4. Select the same tag Procedure for both folders
5. Create a document in Cascade Engineering-Europe which the user u1 does not have access.
6. Log in as Cascade-MI user (u1)
7. Do a friendly folder search with tag 'Procedure'.

Issue: All the documents which the user (u1)does not have access is displayed for him. When clicked on the document in Cascade Engineering Europe site displays the user does not have access to document
