Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Requirement Tree(Functions Net)
6. Right click on Requirement
7. Select Add/Associated Characteristics from context menu.
8. Create a New characteristics Id
9. Click on save button
10.Observe the design of the Characteristics list.

Description
Requirement Tree--> Right click on Requirement and select the context menu as Add/Associated Characteristics. Create a New characteristics Id and Click save button. The design of the characteristics list not displaying properly.
