closedProcess Activities -> Process - Audit Form Mapping -> The assigned checklist and checkpoints are not displayed fully

1. Login as audit pro admin
2. Expand Setup menu
3. Click on "Process/Activities" link from menu
4. Click on ADD button for new audit form and enter the audit form name and then select a form type as "Online form"
5. Attaching Couple of checklist and more than 1 checkpoints
6. Click on "Done" button
7. Close the window
8. Click on audit form name hyperlink
9. Observe the result
Description
Process Activities -> Process - Audit Form Mapping -> The assigned checklist and checkpoints are not displayed fully. The admin mapped couple of checklist and more than 1 checkpoint for checklist. But while clicking on audit form name hyperlink from process list the page is not showing the assigned checklist and checkpoints
