Spare Part Delivery--> When a supervisor tries to approve the Requested spare part which is in Request to complete status, it displays alert like "Delivered Quantity should be less than or equal to stock in hand"

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on PM Supervisor calendar
3. Click on Scheduled WO
4. Assign the Activity person
5. Login as Maintenance Activity person
6. Click on Assigned WO
7. Click on Spare Part Request Icon
8. Enter the Mandatory field and Click on Request button
9. Enter the Actual start date and Time and End date and Time
10. Select the Activity and Select the Status
11. Click on Request to Complete Icon
12. Login as Maintenance Store Keeper
13. Click on Request definition code
14. Select the Row
15. Enter the Actual Quantity
16. Click on Save button
17. Observe the Error

Description

Issue 1: Spare Part Delivery--> When a Supervisor tries to deliver the Quantity which is requested by Maintenance Person and also in Request to Complete status, the system displays the alert like "Delivered Quantity should be less than or equal to stock in hand"

Issue 2: Delivery date is not showing in Delivery date field and as well as in Listing screen
