In Business rules Setup->Nc id definition after filling all the fields but still in the first box it still shows the data which was inserted in last box.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2)click on audit pro
3)clilck on administrator tab
4)click on business rules setup
5)in nc id definition remove all the selected fields.
6)now select entity, Audit program, Audit Type, Cycle name,Year,Month,Nc and number will be auto generated,
7)after selecting every thing in the first box it still displays NC Again so that user can select Nc again.
