Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Docpro user
2. Click on Pending Document Draft
3. Click on Change request button to convert a draft to document
4. Click on Delete Document check box

Issue: When a draft is converted to document, it is able to delete the draft. Delete document check box is disabled in earlier versions
