Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment Part production
3. In Shift it displays Shift 3 as "11.30 PM to 8.15 AM" in Existing db, and Created Shift C as "11.00 PM to 7 AM"
4. Select the Shift as Shift 3 and Observe the Error
5. Select the Shift as C and Observe the Behaviour
