Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Navigate to DocPro module
3. Click on setup tab
4. click on Folder management
5. In created level, enable the In Use checkbox
6. Save the level
7. observe the result

In Folder management-After Enabling In Use Checkbox and saved the level, Parent Level is not In Use and When Creating Child Level it is not displaying under parent level
