1)Login into EwQIms Application
2)Select MSA Module
3)Go To calibration TAB
4)Click on External lab calibration menu
5)Select the gage
6)Perform Study
7)Observe the result

Description
When the date format is changed to DD/MM/YYYY not able to perform External lab study because the date of calibration in DD/MM/YYYY format but the Next due on date is in MM/DD/YYYY
Note:Change the date format to DD/MM/YYYY
