Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main1
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Select Operation Description Column -> Right-Click on any Cell
10.Select Publish option -> Click on OK Button (Without Selecting the listed Documents in the Dialog-Box)
11.Observe the Result

Description

In the PFMEA Right-Click on any Cell in Operation Description Column a Dialog Box will Open in that Dialog-Box without the selection of Process Flow Information or Work Instructions Document by directly clicking on OK Button it will throw JS Error as
