Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main1
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Select a Cell in Recommended Actions Column
10.Right-Click to Select Reconcile with Project Planner Tasks option
11.Observe the Result

In Main1, By Clicking on Reconcile with Project Planner Tasks in the Recommended Actions Column displaying JS Error as

"Line: 925
Error: The value of the property 'ReconcileAQPActions' is null or undefined, not a Function objectReconPPTReqObjDoUpdatesReqObjUpdateXMLReqObjProcessResponseReqObjRunAsyncReqObjRunCellObjDoPPTasks"

This issue is fixed in Website Testing DB only but for Existing DB this issue is not fixed and still the issue is replicating
