Steps To Reproduce:

1.open PFMEA document
2.Right click on header -> click on Insert header
3.Select Corporate logo header
4.Right click on Inserted header
5.click on delete header
6.again click on delete header
7.an Error message will display on the screen
8.Observe the Result

Description

Open any of the document right click on header and insert image header then click on delete header but the inserted header it will not get delete again click on delete header then a error message will display on the screen
