Chrome Main 2: In PFMEA,potential causes of failure column edit option is not displaying and also we cannot select any value from drop down list

Steps To Reproduce:

1.open PFMEA
2.Double click Potential causes of failure column empty field
3.click on All causes or Special causes
4.Check for edit option or try to edit or enter the value
5.Select any value from drop down list
6.Check whether the value selected is enter in the field
7.Observe the Result

Description

In Potential causes of failure column when we double click on empty field it display All causes and special causes click any one of it but it will display the drop down list but edit option is not enable and we cannot enter a new data in it and if we select any value from drop down list the value will not get enter in that column.please verify the attachment.
