closedIE & Chrome Main2: In PC ID Column, By Selecting the "To-Do Items from Problem Solver" it's displaying JS Error and displaying the "Define New Template" Window but this is working fine in IE MAIN

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Select PC ID Column -> Right-Click on any Cell -> Select "To-Do Items from Problem Solver" option
10.Observe the Result
