1.Open PFMEA document
2.Insert new potential causes field
3.Double click on Potential causes of failure
4.Select any of the causes
5.Try to edit
6.Observe the Result
7.Select any of the causes drop down list will display
8.Select any of the value
9.Observe the Result

Description

when double click on Potential causes of failure column it will display All causes or special causes and try to edit it will not get edited then click any of the causes it will display the drop down list if we select any value but it will insert only first value in drop down list.Please verify the attachment
