1.open process flow diagram in 100 series NAND PI
2.check on process flow diagram
3.click on next page
4.check on process flow diagram
5.click to previous page
6.Check the process flow diagram
7.Observe the Result

Description

open process flow diagram check the process flow diagram which will work fine click on next page in that process flow diagram moved to another one column cell then again click on previous page in that process flow diagram column will merge with process flow symbol column.Please verify the attachment
