Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as auditor
username: auditor 1
pwd:a1
2) Create a NC
3) Suite: Holiday need to set as 24/2/2019
Actual Result: Holiday is not consider
Start Date: 02/18/19
End Date: 02/25/19
Calculation: 02/18/19 + 4 days(Nc category)= 02/24/19
Expected Result: Holiday should be calculated
Start Date: 02/18/19
End Date: 02/25/19
Calculation: 02/18/19 + 4 days(Nc category)- holiday(02/24/19)= 02/25/19
