1.Create a parent level and child level
2.In use both levels
3.Click on new doc request
4.Click on select level button
5.Search the child level

Description

Same level is displayed more than once. Levels are duplicated in select level popup which is a sporadic issue

The issue related to duplicate levels in folder and doc mgmt has to be fixed from AQPQ side. Ramya has raised that as an issue. so removing that from here
