Both IE and Chrome: When adding New process segment in child production item this process segment will added in Parent PI process segment also.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on CUCMP PI
2.Click on Process segment
3.Click on new process segment
4.Enter new process(RD)and click on ok button
5.RD will add in CUCMP segment
6.Click on RFLXLK PI->click on Process segment->RD will display in process segment
7.Observe the Result
