Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design/Process Documents
5.Open Failure analysis and Add Risk data
6.Open DFMEA or PFMEA and Observe the result

Description

Severity rating added in Risk is not updated in DFMEA or PFMEA.

By default it takes 10 as severity value.
