Website site - Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy - In context page If I publish an issue Using Internal or External Issues, It showing some error message when I Click the published issue in DocPro

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter the site URL
2.Enter the user credentials
3.Click on module icon and select Boss module. 
4.Expand Interested Party Expectations tab from menu. 
5.Click on  Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy icon.
6.Expand "Context" tab.
7.Right click on default row on "Internal" or "External issue" 
8. Add an issue
9. Publish the issue
10.Go to Docpro Module
11.Under Documents & Owned Documents click on Boss
12. Click on Published Internal and External Issues
13.Observe the result
