1.Enter the site URL
2.Enter the user credentials
3.Click on module icon and select Boss module.
4.Expand Interested Party Expectations tab from menu.
5.Click on Vision, Mission, Values & Quality Policy icon.
6.Expand "Context" tab.
7.Right click on default row on "Internal" or "External issue"
8. Add an issue
9. Publish the issue
10.Go to Docpro Module
11.Under Documents & Owned Documents click on Boss
12. Click on Published Internal and External Issues
13.Observe the result

This Issue is because Application URL is not saved properly in Instance Config. This has to be taken care at the time of installation itself.
