4.Click on View

Update Competency / Certification details - Not able to view the attached documents. Alert displays like "Please contact Administrator or Technical Support with this Id: e96dc51f-444f-4ace-9c23-07383ebd8788 The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000401A"
