Docpro settings->The option "Enable Folder tags search" is not working. Disable Second password option is also not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Docpro module administrator
2.Click on DOcpro settings

Issue: By deafult the option "Enable Folder tags search" is not checked. Even if the option is disabled, there is no change at all

Also Disable Second password option is not working
