Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select any PI
2.open Control document
3.Right click -> click on create column
4.click on ok button
5.Js Error will get display
6.Observe the Result

In control plan document when create column a JS Error will display on the screen and the column will not display on the document after Refresh the document only the column get created
