Process VDA: Structure Analysis - There is no option to create or change the Sequence number. (Refer description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as VDA user
2. Select the PI
3. Go to Process - Functional Analysis
4. Check on structure analysis (LHS View) and RHS view
5. Observe the result

Description

There is no option to change the Sequence number. So all the operations are created under same sequence number which is 1 by default.

Even for other segment, same sequence number is displayed.

Note: In previous releases there was an option to create or change the sequence number.
