Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as VDA user
2. Select the PI
3. Go to Process - Functional Analysis
4. In structure analysis (LHS View), change the view to structure
5. Click on "Topic Segment"
6. Select process segment from list (Make sure the selected segment should have Operation and 4M)
7. Observe the result
