Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as VDA user
2. Select the PI
3. Go to Process - Functional Analysis
4. In structure analysis (RHS View), change the view to structure
5. Add operation and 4M for a segment
6. Observe the result (The added data's are not displayed. After refresh only its displayed)

The user could add operation for a segment and 4M for a operation. But added operation/ 4M is not getting displayed. After refresh only its getting displayed"
