Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as VDA user
2. Select the PI
3. Go to Process - Structure Analysis
4. Add Process Segment / Operation
5. Click on 4M Icon and then add more then 1 4M (Example 4)
6. Click on done button on 4M selection window
7. Observe the result

Description

4M -> The user could select multiple 4M for an operation . But the system displaying only one 4M which is selected first.
