Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Process Documents Menu and Select Structural analysis menu
5.Create operation and multiple 4M
6.Select 2 4m's and again select same 4M
7.Observe the arrow
8.Again click on 4m master table and observe the blank rows
9.Select all the blank rows and again observe the structure analysis window
10.Observe the result

Description
While adding the same 4M again and again, arrows are displayed randomly and blank rows are created in 4M master list.
Also while adding the blank rows, it is displayed in 4M in Structure analysis.
