Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select any PI
2.Open Control plan document
3.Right click -> Click create column
4.Right click on header -> Click on Refresh document
5.Check for created column
6.observe the Result

Description

Open control plan document and Click on create a column then the column will get created but it will not display on the document after Refresh only the created column will get display on the document.please verify the attachment
