Regression: Project name is not displayed in DOCPRO for project folder.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Select the Project
3)Click on Archive
4)Go To Archived Projects listing
5)Select the Project
6)Unarchive the project
7)Now Observe the result in DocPro

Description

Regression: Project name is not displayed in DOCPRO for project folder.

Scenario: When the project is archived and Unarchived then in the DocPro the folder name is not displayed(For the First Time.)
After Project charter Publish the Project Name is displayed.
