Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on User preference menu from User tab
3. Set date as "dd/mm/yyyy"
4. Click on TPM pro module
5. Click on Activities tab
6. Click on Supervisor calendar
7. Click on Request to complete and Completed WO
8. Observe the issue
