Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Problem Solver.
3. Open Business Rule menu.
4. Expand Approach Options tab.
5. Select all approaches and click on save.
6. Open business Rule menu again.
7. Expand Approach options tab and observe
