Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Click on main and select any PI
3.Select IFM and add elements
4.Now allocate risk vale to BOM elements
5.Right click on the allocated cell and Observe the result

Description

On refresh it is displaying deallocate option. This occurs in VDA also.
