Equipment : Commission Date and Start of production date validation is not done in Import , Where the Start of production date is less the Commission Date system allowing to save when its is imported from excel.

1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Enter the Start of production date less than the commission date in excel and try to import
3.Data gets saved
