1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Problem solver module
3.Click on Actions→Initiate problem solving
4.Click on Initiate problem solving
5.Click on Any Type of form link
6.Add Attachment
7.Click on Attachment
8.Observe the result

Not an issue Pdf is not enable so its downloading except the png file
