BOM Creation - Created BOM element for the subsystem is removed on refresh.(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Click on main and select a PI
3.Create BOM elements for that Subsystem PI and observe the BOM
4.Now refresh the page and Observe the BOM and PI table

Description

• While creating a BOM element for the subsystem it is displayed in BOM table. But on refresh it is removed from BOM but appears in PI table.
• For the system level it is working fine. but from subsystem level BOM creation is not working.

Note: It occurs in FST also.
