Steps To Reproduce:

Log in as Auditor
Do perform audit
Clcik on upload audit records
Fill checklists and submit
Click the filled checklist form again
No need to edit anything and click submit all
Page navigates to Upload checklists screen
Click upload button and observe,
the following alert message is getting "Please fill the online form"

when trying to view the filled checklists and clicking on submit all option >The page navigates to upload checklists screen>Upon clicking upload button the following alert message is getting "Please fill the online form"
